Bought my latest copy of 女人我最大 (Beauty Queen) winter issue and I fell in love with the colour combi on the front cover!
-___-" Actually you can't really tell much as the colours have been overwhelmed by the strong white eyelashes! But if you puchase the magazine, you should be able to tell the colours are mainly blue and white, along with some white Glitters on the tear ducts!
On this tutorial, I'm going to share how to 'paste' the glitters easily without much fall-outs without using glitter glue! :D
